We have developed a full exhaust system for the 2024 Ninja ZX-6R.
We call it the "NASSERT Evolution Type II".
The new sub-silencer and catalytic converter comply with exhaust gas regulations.
Close-range exhaust noise: 94dB, acceleration noise: 79dB. Compatible model: 8BL-ZX636J.
- The silencer is 350mm long and available in four colors: Clear Titanium (TI), Blue Titanium (BL), Metal Black (MB), and Purple Gold (PG).
- It weighs 6.2kg, approximately 46% less than the stock muffler's 11.4kg.
- Oil and filter changes can be performed without removing the muffler.
- The use of the genuine silencer (tandem) bracket simplifies installation.
- An original silencer bracket and racing hook are also included for single-rider use.

We have developed a slip-on for the `24 Ninja ZX-6R.
The name is ‘NASSERT Evolution Type II SLIP ON’.
The joint pipe is made of Heat-resistant titanium (SUPER TIX@ Titanium pipe), and succeeded in weight reduction while securing the heat-resistant temperature.
The silencer length is a 350 ㎜ shell straight exhaust, and the silencers are Clear Titanium, Blue Titanium and Metal Black.
Weight is lighter about 2.4kg than genuine exhaust about 4.8kg, and sound volume is 92dB at 6500rpm.
It is possible to change the oil and replace the oil filter while wearing the muffler.
You can attach even the genuine step.
